Are you passionate about accounting? Can you make standard processes work in practice? If your answer is yes and you have some experience in the field, then you have a chance to become a vital part of our Shared Service Centre located in Łódź, Poland.

We’re looking for a structured Accounts Payable Accountant, who is ready to serve our Polish subsidiary in our AP processes. You’ll get a unique opportunity to develop your professional skills and be a part of a competent accounting team in a well-established international company.

What will you be doing you ask? 

Your primary tasks will be verification and posting of the invoices. You will also be responsible for vendor balance confirmations. You’ll be in contact with local financial department mainly to clarify inconsistency. You’ll also take part in month-ending activities. Finally, you’ll be involved in securing high quality standards.  

What we wish to see in you?  

We’re looking for a passionate, committed and open-minded person who wants to step in and be part of a team. You have a relevant master’s degree within finance or similar combined with professional experience with accounting tasks. You’re detail-oriented, accurate, meticulous and possess just the right amount of skepticism. It is crucial that you work in a structured manner and understand AP processes. It‘s important that you are customer-oriented, flexible and service-minded and, since our corporate language is English, you’re expected to speak and write it fluently.   

Regarding IT skills, we expect you to be a super user in Excel and preferably also in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
